GENERAL CLEANING

A general cleaning is required and provided when your property is cleaned and disinfected on a recurring basis in which it is not necessary to remove stains or very deep dirt as occurs in properties that have not been cleaned for at least 60 days.

DEEP CLEANING

It is required to do a recurrent deep cleaning, although less periodic as the general cleaning. It is necessary when a property has not been cleaned for at least 60 days, where a lot of dirt, dust, stains, mold and pathogenic microorganisms that damage our health and require a much greater degree of detail than general cleaning in different and all areas of the property.

MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CLEANING

It is similar to Deep Cleaning where the property is not cleaned during the last 30 or 60 days of move-in/move-out. It is required for when you arrive in a new place and need a deep cleaning.

AIRBNB CLEAN UP

Short vacation properties are maintained and cleaned on a recurring basis and it depends on the reservations for each property which arises a slightly different cleaning need but not far from general and deep cleaning, with some different services or needs.

POST-CONSTRUCCION CLEAN UP

Post-construction cleaning entails deep cleaning tasks in the different areas where the service is necessary, in which it is necessary to remove a lot of dust, dirt, stains and remains of construction material left in the clients' properties.
